Based on old mexican table sauces and Pico De Gallo, this fresh 'salsa like' hot sauce is great with (but not limited to) all things Tex-Mex and Mexican.
Ingredients:
Fermented Jalapeño (Jalapeño, Salt, Acetic Acid) (19%), Cider Vinegar, Green Chilli Pepper (17%), Bell Pepper, Tomato, Onion, Light Brown Sugar, Garlic, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Coriander, Lime Zest, Xanthan Gum.

Smokey Lil' Ghost:
A unique, delicious and moreish chipotle hot sauce.
Hotter than your average chipotle sauce but nothing too savage.
