A fiery and unique chilli sauce made from just one type of chilli pepper - Ají Limón aka Lemon Drop which originates in Peru and is widely used in Peruvian cuisine.

The sharp heat and citrus like flavour of Peruvian Fire pairs well with garlic and coriander, especially on fish and white meat dishes - try it alongside greek salad cheese and guacamole in Swordfish Tacos!!

Definitely not available all year round so grab some while you can!!
