Roasted Garam Masala
Whole spices from the East are roasted, ground then blended to achieve this outstanding Garam Masala.
Mix into your homemade curries at the end of cooking just after the heat is turned off. One heaped teaspoon is enough to add to a four person curry. Alternatively sprinkle a little on each meal once served. For a great accompaniment to your meal try a few pinches mixed into natural greek yoghurt!
