Whole spices from the East are toasted, ground then blended to achieve this outstanding Garam Masala.
Mix into your homemade curries at the end of cooking just after the heat is turned off. One heaped teaspoon is enough to add to a four person curry. Alternatively sprinkle a little on each meal once served.
