The Spicy Gringo Salt
This flavoursome salt is perfect for rubbing meat and fish before cooking as a taco filling!! Rub swordfish steaks with it along with some oil then sear in a hot pan, remove and cut into strips before returning to the pan to quickly sear the chopped edges. Next add the swordfish to a small taco sauce made from taco mix, onion &
tomato. Perfect as a table salt/finishing salt too!!
